ATTENTION: 8th GRADE Parent & Guardians
This event is a “scheduling night” for incoming 9th graders only for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year.
On Thursday, February 9th, from 6:00-7:30, Woodbridge High School will be open for students, parents and guardians, to meet with the administration and counselors, and receive a catalog for the next school year.
This event will take place in the WHS Cafeteria.
Woodbridge High School is rapidly growing in order to meet the demands of today's global students. They currently provide a variety of Advanced Placement courses (college-level instruction) in eight areas: Calculus, Biology, U.S. History, Spanish, Psychology, Statistics, English Literature, U.S. Government and Politics, as well as English Language and Composition. They also offer challenging academic-technical programs, many serving as models in other school districts statewide. They currently offer academic-technical programs in the areas of Structural Systems, Agricultural and Veterinary Technology, Early Childhood Education, Medical Technology, and Food Technology; All are recognized as comparable to schools especially designed for Vocational-Technical education.
Woodbridge Middle School is a 6th through 8th grade school. We are an academic driven institution that accepts nothing less than the best from every student that steps through our doors. In return, the faculty, staff, and administration give their best to the students each day in order to make them successful.
Located in Bridgeville, our school draws its students from Bridgeville, Farmington, and Greenwood. Woodbridge Middle School offers a complete academic curriculum with four core subject areas: English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies in addition to explorations in art, music, Spanish, computers, careers, study skills, performing arts, college education, health, and physical education. There are also extra-curricular opportunities for students in athletics, music, clubs, and activities.
